Costadoro Decaf for Moka

Costadoro uses a blend of the best washed beans from high-quality Central and South American coffee for this decaffeinated coffee, just like for all other types.

To combine the optimal properties of each bean variety into a perfect coffee, each variety is roasted separately and in small batches at a constant temperature in the rotating drum with the optimal degree of roasting.

Each variety contributes to the optimization, a variety e.g. for fullness, aromas, perfect acidity, fruity notes, body, volume or spice and lingering length.

Only after roasting and cooling are the varieties brought together to form a perfect blend, also known as a blend.

Although the effort is significantly greater, the result is optimal coffee enjoyment. A truly extraordinary coffee that Costadoro produces with this excellent decaffeinated coffee.

Preparation

The roasting and grinding process enhance preparation with any type of Moka coffee maker.

For a perfect mocha use 16-19g coffee for 180-200g of water.
