Kamut® Khorasan, ancient and modern at the same time, comes from a land far away: the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. Khorasan wheat is the ancestor of modern durum wheat, as it originated in the Middle East several thousand years ago.
Monograno Felicetti use Kamut pasta to create a premium pasta with a delicate fragrance of white flowers and freshly shelled nuts. Its taste combines unmistakable hints of pine and macadamia nuts with subtle nuances of edible flowers.
