DECAFFEINATION PROCESS

Caffeine is selectively extracted from the coffee beans using carbon dioxide, a natural element also found in the air we breathe, thus leaving the aromatic profile of the coffee unchanged.

The CO2 decaffeination process is gentle, without chemicals; beans are decaffeinated using steam and pressure.

Through the double-washing method, all fermentation substances are extracted from the raw material before actual roasting, ensuring only the finest raw materials reach the roasting drum.

Beans are slowly and manually roasted in the rotating drum, allowing flavors to develop perfectly and remain intense.
