PulyMILK® Capucino Liquid – Professional Detergent for Milk Frothers

pulyMILK® Capucino Liquid is a complete detergent, specially designed for cleaning automatic milk frothing machines. As the popularity of milk-based drinks increases in cafes, manufacturers of super-automatic machines have developed specific equipment that can process fresh milk, stored in integrated refrigerated containers or placed next to the machine.

It is essential to eliminate all milk residues, both internally and externally, to ensure maximum hygiene. pulyMILK® Capucino Liquid performs this task exceptionally well. Used daily, it improves the quality of the steam and the texture of the milk froth, while reducing the time of use. Cleaning tips:

Milk and plant-based drinks are emulsions composed of sugars, mineral salts, proteins, vitamins and lipids. The proteins contribute to the formation of small bubbles, while the fat part supports the stratification of the milk foam. When in contact with the hot surface of the automatic frother, the milk tends to form deposits of inorganic material, which incorporate organic substances, such as fats and proteins, which provide a favorable substrate for the development of bacteria. Cleaning the equipment with pulyMILK® Capucino Liquid once a day helps to eliminate internal and external residues, ensures hygienic safety and improves the quality of the steam.

Instructions for use:

Milk frother circuit – daily cleaning:

• Pour 25 ml of pulyMILK® Capucino Liquid into the milk tank with 500 ml of cold water.
• Switch on the milk frother.
• Pour 1 litre of cold water into the milk tank.
• Switch on the milk frother.

Soaking the cappuccino frother – daily cleaning:

• Pour 25 ml of pulyMILK® Capucino Liquid into a wash basin with 500 ml of cold water.
• Place the machine components in the basin and leave to soak for 20 minutes.
• Rinse the components twice with drinking water.
• Leave the components to dry.
