puly MILK® Plus – Professional Cleaning Solution for Steam Wands and Milk Frothers

Daily use of pulyMILK® Plus ensures the complete removal of residues resulting from the processing of milk and vegetable drinks, which accumulate inside and outside the steam wand. It also perfectly cleans milk jugs, automatic frothers and countertop milk dispensers.

Cleaning tips:

Milk and plant-based drinks are emulsions composed of sugars, mineral salts, proteins, vitamins and lipids: the proteins contribute to the formation of small bubbles, while the fat part supports the stratification of the milk foam. Upon contact with the hot surface of the steam wand, the automatic frother and the milk jug, the milk tends to form deposits of inorganic material, which incorporate organic substances, such as fats and proteins, which provide a favorable substrate for the development of bacteria. Cleaning the equipment with pulyMILK® Plus once a day (or twice for those who produce several emulsions) helps to eliminate internal and external residues, ensures hygienic safety and improves the quality of the steam.

Instructions for use:

Steam wand – daily cleaning:

• Pour 25 ml of pulyMILK® Plus into 500 ml of cold water.
• Open the steam tap for 1 second, then close for 10 seconds, repeat 7-10 times.
• Continue rinsing by pouring 1 litre of cold water into the wash basin.
• Open the steam tap for 1 second, then close for 10 seconds, repeat 7-10 times.

Milk frothers – daily cleaning:

• Pour 25 ml of pulyMILK® Plus into 500 ml of cold water.
• Turn on the frother.
• Continue rinsing by pouring 1 litre of cold water into the wash basin.
• Turn on the frother.
